OUR ANNUAL EVENT THAT BRINGS TOGETHER OUR CFG COMMUNITY OF MEMBERS, LEADERS & COMPANY PARTNERS
Code Fest is hosted over two days with an in-person event that will be live-streamed to our wider community. Those attending and watching online can expect a range of talks, panels and interactive chats. At Code Fest, you’ll meet fellow CFG members, our Ambassadors, Instructors and of course, some of the amazing company partners we work with.
ENGAGE WITH COMPANIES, TECH LEADERS AND ROLE MODELS
Code Fest is a great way to engage with a range of tech leaders, role models, speakers and company partners, with live in-person and online Q&A, interactive events and in-person networking opportunities.
THIS YEAR IS GOING TO BE EVEN BIGGER!
The community loved Code Fest last year and we are hoping to deliver an even bigger event this year. Two days full of tech talks, career booster ideas and our CFG awards (plus more), we expect 2022 to be our best yet!

DAY ONE: TECH TALKS
THURSDAY 15 SEPTEMBER
Day one of Code Fest will cover loads of interesting tech topics! From the climate crisis to work burnout, we’ll get into the weeds and uncover all kinds of fascinating insights from tech leaders across the industry. Presented by our sponsor NatWest and with loads of other companies across the talks and panels, you can watch and learn from super inspiring experts.
Day one will be both in-person and live-streamed and we’ll be taking LIVE questions from all audiences on the day!
DAY TWO: CAREER BOOSTER
FRIDAY 16 SEPTEMBER
Day two of Code Fest 2022 gives you the insights and inspiration to boost your career into tech super-stardom! We’ll be diving into a range of topics across tech applications, allyship, a cost of living challenge, knowing your worth and more. Presented by our event sponsor, NatWest with a host of other companies speaking and taking part, you’ll be able to learn from a wide variety of people in tech!
Day two will also be both in-person and live-streamed and we’ll be taking LIVE questions from all audiences on the day!
DAY TWO CLOSING EVENT
CFG SUMMER PARTY
Day two of Code Fest 2022 will close with a fun-filled Summer party, bringing together our community, client partners, ambassadors and instructors. We had a great time last year, and it’s a great chance for CFG members to meet each other, have a boogie, and enjoy some (free 🥳) yummy food and drinks! We will be allocating tickets to this event, so make sure you sign up for Code Fest below!

CODE FEST 2021
Code Fest 2021 was a fun-filled two-day celebration of Code First Girls, our members and partner companies that are doing cool stuff in the tech space.
Day one saw a virtual event day with loads of companies and panels giving insightful tech talks to an online audience.
Day Two was our live-streamed in-person event at Level39 with the Career Booster theme with loads of great topics and interactive sessions.
