Increasing diversity for Computer Science degrees continues to be a challenge for across all higher education. By offering our free courses to your female and non-binary students, you’ll be able to be a part of the solution to help encourage more women into tech roles. Students can be studying any degree to take part.
THE LEARNING OPTIONS WE
PROVIDE
We have a range of learning options to help women discover new tech stacks, coding certifications, and career pathways; MOOCs, Classes, CFGdegree and our +Masters.
MOOCs
Our MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) are designed in short segments to impart technical skills, confidence or career discovery. They give candidates a great taster across a range of tech topics and are delivered through YouTube Live to facilitate maximum social interaction and reach.

CLASSES
Classes are designed to provide a fundamental grounding in Web Dev, Python, Data & SQL or JavaScript. Each course provides live demonstrations and application through in-class exercises. At the end of the course learners build innovative tech projects to kick-start their online portfolio.

CFGDEGREE
The CFGdegree is open by application and interview to high potential women who wanting to pursue a career in tech. We offer three CFGdegree specialisations across either data, software or full-stack. To be eligible, candidates must meet the entry criteria, pass a tech assessment and demonstrate a commitment to starting their career in tech with our partner companies.

+MasTERS
Our +Masters is intended as an extension to our CFGdegree to help prepare candidates for more specialised roles at our partner companies. This four-week intensive course across either Data Analyst, DevOps and Cloud, Mobile App Development and Cyber Security streams, will provide learners with additional specialised skills.
