Our Coding Kickstarter Classes provide your with the foundational knowledge across a core tech topics, but are not directly linked to a job opportunity in tech.
This is a great first step if you wish to pursue a career in tech, though, as our Coding Kickstarter Classes are the ‘gateway’ to our CFGdegree.
Once you have successfully completed a class, you will have the skills and knowledge you need to apply for advanced programmes (CFGdegree) and complete a tech assessment. Our CFGdegree sponsored places often have job opportunities linked.
So, our Coding Kickstarter Class is a great way to start your tech career pathway!
How are the Coding Kickstarter Classes delivered?
All of our classes are delivered online via our learning hub. Classes are fully self-paced, allowing you to learn in your own time around your own schedule.
How long does a Coding Kickstarter Class run for?
Each Coding Kickstart Class has 8 modules/lessons to complete.
Each module takes approximately 1-hour each, however, you’ll have up to 8 weeks to complete all 8 lessons.
Due to our flexible learning style, you can complete the class in a shorter period or across the full 8 weeks.
In order to be certified, you will need to pass the class within 8 weeks.
What topics are available?
Currently, you can choose to learn JavaScript, Python, Data & SQL or C# with our beginner-friendly Coding Kickstarter Classes.
All of our classes will build your foundational knowledge and give you the skills to kickstart your career in tech.
Plus, by successfully completing a Coding Kickstarter Class, you will be eligible to apply for the CFGdegree!
