Yes, the Mid-Level Accelerator Programme offers a range of core and specialist skills tailored to different mid-level tech roles. The core curriculum, covering topics like modern software lifecycles, DE&I in tech, and psychological safety, has been developed in collaboration with our Tech Advisory Board. You also have the flexibility to select specific technical skills to tailor the training to your unique needs. Whether you’re upskilling tech professionals or preparing candidates for technical manager roles, our programme ensures they are well-prepared for your workplace.

Yes, the Mid-Level Accelerator Programme is ideal for hiring tech returners. It provides advanced training and career development to women re-entering the tech industry, equipping them with up-to-date skills and knowledge needed for roles such as mid-level software engineers. This helps tech returners transition smoothly back into the workforce and make significant contributions to your organisation.

The programme lasts between 16 and 26 weeks, depending on the skills your organisation requires. Core skills training takes 16 weeks, while specialist skills training ranges from 20 to 26 weeks based on the area of specialisation.

Candidates receive continuous support from mentors and trainers throughout the programme. After completion, they are provided with career development resources and guidance to help them transition seamlessly into their new mid-level technical roles.
