FAQs

Data and AI skills are continuing to build in critical importance across businesses. Empowering employees with the skills to engage with AI tools and utilise data in their day-to-day roles, not only helps them understand their applications and how they can be used effectively, but also assists with mitigating fears of obsolescence.

With the digital skills gaps and diversity skills gaps, business can look within to build up technical knowledge and create a dynamic and adaptable workforce. These skills provide all employees essential knowledge and processes to optimise their own efficiencies, the businesses performance and ultimately drive organisational success.

Code First Teams offers employee training programs tailored to your business’s unique needs. We cover a broad spectrum of tech skills training and professional development to ensure your workforce remains competitive.

With our Business Essentials courses, we provide training for all employees to upskill them with critical skills across AI or data (or both!) and be able to put these skills into practical use inside your business.

Yes, Code First Teams offers inclusive employee training programs for all members of your organisation.

Additionally, through our Code First Girls programme, we continue to focus on providing education and career opportunities in tech for women and non-binary individuals.

Overall, this programme is great for:

  • Employees who want to use data and AI-driven insights in their roles.
  • Individuals in business areas that would benefit from making data and AI-informed decisions.
  • Business professionals, managers, and decision-makers with no prior coding experience.

Our Business Essentials training focuses on upskilling employees with essential and action-focused low-code or no-code tech skills to increase data or AI proficiency across your business.

The training is recommended for those who are non-technical or tech-adjacent employees, whereby employees can leverage the skills learnt and apply them to their current non-tech or tech-adjacent role.

Employees taking part in the training would build up these critical skills, but would not be redeployed into technical roles. We can provide additional training with our Reskill and Redeploy programme so that non-tech employees can be trained up to move into tech roles and we also provide upskilling for existing tech teams with our Tech Accelerator programme.

The typical learning time is 12 hours per week over 4-weeks. However, cohort delivery times & duration can be tailored to your organisational needs. For example, this course could be compressed or extended to increase or decrease the number of learning hours in a working week.

Yes, the course is designed to be taken outside of working hours and with our blended learning approach, employees can complete parts of the course self-paced and around their own schedules.
