The typical learning time is approximately 12 hours per week, with the course length listed below based on the typical learning time.

However, we can tailor cohort delivery times and duration to your organisation needs. For example this course could be compressed or extended to increase or decrease the number of learning hours in a working week. 

  • The Mid-Level Accelerator lasts 16 weeks (typically part-time Monday – Thursday between 6.30pm – 8.30pm BST) with an optional 4-week specialist role extension where employees can upskill with in a specific skill area such as AI & ML, DevOps & Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Analysis.
  • Generative AI Tech Accelerator is over 6-weeks (typically part-time Monday – Thursday between 6.30pm – 8.30pm BST) 
  • ThreatOps Tech Accelerator is over 12-weeks (typically part-time Monday – Thursday between 6.30pm – 8.30pm BST).

Yes, our programs are designed so they can can be undertaken alongside full-time work.

Our Tech Accelerator courses are typically delivered online in the evening, allowing employees to balance their professional responsibilities with their upskilling journey. This approach ensures minimal disruption to your business operations while maximising the learning experience for your team.

Cohort delivery times and duration can be tailored to your organisational needs, with our courses having the flexibility to be compressed or extended to increase or decrease the number of learning hours in a working week.

Candidates receive support from our instructors and trainers throughout the programme. We also recommend supporting candidates with internal mentors. We also provide the option to utilise our Technical Coaching service for employees taking part in the training. Throughout the training, we ensure that there are regular feedback loops and learning interventions to track progress.
