TALENT PIPELINE

Build a local hiring pool of early careers talent by sponsoring our Kickstarter Classes. Our introductory classes are by application only and are designed to provide foundational knowledge to women across Web Development, Python, Data & SQL, or JavaScript. 

We extend our classes to diverse candidates, from tech returners to career switchers, mums to recent uni graduates, all seeking upskilling or reskilling to kickstart their careers in tech.

By sponsoring the training of women from our global network, you will build a talent pool on your doorstep and target groups of women that you would like to join your organisation.

WEB DEV

An introduction to web development for budding coders, and those who need somewhere to get started! Our students learn the fundamental skills of front-end web dev, including three dedicated sessions on JavaScript. By the end of the course, they will be able to build a website from scratch!

PYTHON & APPS

A beginner-friendly course to help students learn the fundamentals of programming through problem-solving in Python. They will build and deploy their first web application with us using this high-level programming language! Students are well equipped to start work on apps and back-end coding at the course end.

DATA & SQL

Data and SQL are two of the most sought-after skills by hiring employers in the tech world. Students will learn the fundamentals of Data and SQL. With us, they can access and work with more data, faster! At the end of the 8 week-long course, students will be able to build, deploy and maintain a Database.
