Build a local hiring pool of early careers talent by sponsoring our Kickstarter Classes. Our introductory classes are by application only and are designed to provide foundational knowledge to women across Web Development, Python, Data & SQL, or JavaScript.
We extend our classes to diverse candidates, from tech returners to career switchers, mums to recent uni graduates, all seeking upskilling or reskilling to kickstart their careers in tech.
By sponsoring the training of women from our global network, you will build a talent pool on your doorstep and target groups of women that you would like to join your organisation.
WHAT WE DO
+ Build a pool of early careers talent across key tech skills areas
